Hen Party Time

Out of the blue, as if by magic
Donna met Steve in Tin Tin's, back in 97
Their eyes met as she danced on the podium
And she felt in seventh heaven.

They soon became inseparable
It must have been love at first sight!
They really loved to party
And went out clubbing most nights.

Donna became close friends with Leeanne
When they first chatted in Tin Tin's loo
After downing white wine and vodka
And having a laugh - as cute chicks do.

Pretty soon they were going on holiday
To Venezuela, the Caribbean and Spain
Donna's always the last one at parties
A natural chatterbox, who's quite insane.

After a while they moved to London
Where Steve ran 'Browns' like a piece of cake!
And Donna worked for a food broker
Their life was really turning out great.

Sometimes they got quite over-heated
And their passion became hotter than hot
When the upper deck of the late bus
Became their secret 'rendezvous' spot!

When their time in London was over
Back to 'The Midlands' they came
And Matt - he went off to Australia!
'Timing' is the name of the game.

Donna's hen party was really a hoot
The plane flew from Coventry to Ibiza town
They all wore white except Donna who wore pink
At the Café del Mar they watched the sun go down.

The girls had to take two taxi's
Donna went with Janine and Judy, who's tall
Lee anne went with Vicky and Shelley
But they couldn't find each other at all!

After a few frantic minutes
Donna spotted Leeanne and shouted her 'Chicken' name
And the girls were happily re-united
Just as the 'champers' came.

Steve's stag night was spent in Benidorm
Where the guys painted Steve bright blue
With Dolly - the 'blow-up' sheep there
It's rumoured they formed a queue!

The second hen party was at 'Chicago Rock'
For the 'oldies' like Mums and Aunts
But no-one was quite prepared
For what Dave 'The Stallion'- had in his pants!

Margie even took a photo
As the sight was too good to miss
And the ladies shrieked with delight
As he made Donna kneel and give it a 'kiss'!

The line up of bridesmaids took some beating
As there was 'Chicken' and 'Curly Sue'
Along with 'Mad Shell' who's really Shelley
Oh, and sister, Carla too.

There were also two surprise guests
Though they did turn up rather late!
They were 'Rufty Tufty' from Moseley
And Vera from Sparkhill - Who were just great!

Cooper, their wonderful Boxer dog
Was feeling left in the lurch!
He hadn't been sent a wedding invite
Because he wasn't allowed in the church!
