Solitary Confinement

If you don't venture out
You get an unbalanced view
Though confinement at times
Is necessary, it's true.

There's no point in keeping
Yourself hidden away
That leads to much
Bitterness and decay.

Stop what you're doing
If only for a while
Mingle with some people
Or even run a mile.

Chat to a neighbour
Over a cup of tea
You'll feel better for it
Just do it now and see!
